My son’s truck broke down at a Swift Gas station and I immediately googled 5 star rated repair shops in the area. Ramos Auto Repair came up and I called. This gentleman was so respectful and knowledgeable. He suggested a towing company he works with and he literally took care of my son’s truck and the truck was repaired in a day!! Nice work Hugo we appreciate it tremendously.

Ramons Bros has been such a helpful mechanic shop! Hugo is very informative in explaining any issues he finds and price wise is very cost efficient. I will definitely return with any vehicle issues.
I have had the pleasure of Ramos Bros Automotive working on my vehicle a couple of times. Once for a need to fix quickly right around the Christmas holiday. He not only fixed it greatly but also quickly so, I wasn't out of a vehicle for the holiday. The other was for routine up keep. Hugo is a one of a kind mechanic. He thoroughly explains the issue and the resolution. He is very honest and coming from a womans perspective it is nice to not be taken advantage of just for lack of knowledge. The Ramos Bros Automotive has been my to go to mechanic shop. Hugo and his team has been people I always trusted with any of my vehicle issues. They do the job right and they are honest with their work. Something that I believe is hard to find with mechanics now in days.
