I will definitely be getting all my work done with MR.Romos he takes pride in his work and is not out to try and get as much money out of you I recently had some work done on the same car prior to taking it to Romos and boy did it cost me it's sad they see an old lady and they are ready to take as much money from you as they can it ended up costing me $ 899 just for an alternater and for hooking it up to the diagnostic machine and taxes for every single think they did you would think that there would only be one sales tax .
I had an incredible experience working with Mr. Ramos! I was dealing with some transmission problems and another mechanic referred me to him. Mr. Ramos quickly figured out what was going on, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to provide me with multiple options. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication truly stood out. It’s hard to find mechanics who not only knows their craft so well but also genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Mr. Ramos to anyone needing help with car troubles.
We were driving across the country, left Florida and when we we’re coming a hill on I-10 our check engine light came on and the truck just shook. We pulled off the highway at 6:30 AM on Saturday off Labor Day weekend. We found a Pep Boys and when they opened they looked up the code which indicated cylinder misfire. Had my daughter go change her oil and they put oil in my spark plugs so I had to pay over 500 dollars for a new mechanic to do the work right warning about this place
