Horrible! You can’t believe the ratings. Trust me go somewhere else. He is too overpriced and his mechanics are not to be trusted. I had a bad experience and others as well. Don’t waste your money here!
You won't find hidden costs in your bill. Nor will you need to worry about something being fixed that doesn't need fixing. There is a reason why he's in business; he's honest. Jesse has been my go to mechanic since I've been living in Las Cruces. He is HIGHLY recommend.
The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of our calls over the week prior to taking the car in, correctly identified what was wrong with the vehicle over the phone, and was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. The rest of the staff were also very friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone how is looking for a local shop.
My vehicle runs so much better after a full tune up. Jessie and his crew gave my vehicle so much attention and was in an out in 1 day. Thanks guys. I would definitely go back with all my car care needs.
Mr. Ramos is a very nice and honest man! In fact everyone that works there is very kind and they do fantastic work on vehicles
