He does different stuff every day and he is a very nice and athletic coach he trains a lot and when someone doesn’t know what to do he helps them such a great experience!!!
Great location, strong culture and incredible programming via Matt Ramos. Highly Recommend!!!!
It is a okay gym. There were no organization in terms of the sessions my sessions were cancelled 2x out of the 8 sessions a month due to no trainers. keep in mind there is $300 fee to break the 6 months contract "for wasting their time".
This is not your typical gym where you go and just go through the motions! You want results come here and ask for Matt, he's the Trainer that runs the show!!!
