I went to Ramona Tire Pros on my way to urgent care. I was sick but had a tire going out of air. They were so mean. They kept saying that my lug nuts were getting old or didnt fit whatever and using terms i didnt know what they meant they spoke to me as if i were a tire expert. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. A few days later, I noticed one of the tires was losing air. When I brought the vehicle back, they immediately inspected it at no charge and discovered that the stem valve on one of the tires was faulty. They replaced it for free.
