Company is not honest about the real charges. They collect one amount at time of service claiming its correct, then months later send you another bill. They do not honor their initial amount. Billing department says front desk doesn't know the proper amount to collect. $135 for 45 minutes is not worth it. Still in pain.
I did not get to work with all your staff members, but the one's I did are an asset to your company. I found the these employees were very friendly, willing to take time to help you, they knew their jobs, I saw employees helping employees when one was busy. You never had to stand around waiting these employees who I had the most contact with was, Jeremy great at relaxing muscles and discussing the exercises, and progress they would use to strengthen my legs for better balance which we did accomplish.
