Late review but that stench is burned into our memories. Painfully obvious they only wash the flat sheets because we were overwhelmed with the stench of BO, thats right folks HUMAN SWEAT! The employee was so boisterous and unapproachable we didnt even feel comfortable enough to ask for assistance. Ruined Nanas birthday...
Had a awesome time. People were great. Location is great. The kerig coffee pot didn't work well but found a regular drip coffee pot in the cupboard and was a great resolution. The mattress was pretty hard but doable. Completely recommend the facilities.
Our cabin was well kept and inviting, the view over the lake was great… the Tavern being right there was convenient and the food and drinks were amazing! The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the Marrs Mountain Cabins.
Had to stay in the area overnight on a quick mountain business trip. Stayed in Cabin 3. Rustic ole look on the outside had me a little nervous when I pulled up- absolutely blown away by the modern and well laid out interior! This place was NICE. Fireplace kicked on and off all night to heat the room. Lake and tavern 100' from the cabin. Everything was super clean. Dog friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. Will be back next time I'm in the area.
We had such a wonderful cabin stay! The setting was peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. One of the highlights of the trip was the nearby tavern. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was fantastic, and the food was excellent.
