My wife was in a car accident, and I needed to drop some doctor papers off bc of car injuries, she sustained, I didn’t know who to see and talk to, and State Farm member Jessica A. acknowledged me and offered to help. Jessica A. was very attentive , friendly and very professional, she didn’t make me feel inferior to her, she treated me like I was a friend, and part of the State Farm family, and not some policyholder, you don’t get that now a days.
