I picked up my beige wool coat and a men's jacket today, and I am incredibly disappointed. When I picked them up, I noticed long hairs, short hairs, black debris, and white lint all over both garments. I specifically asked for these to be removed, but when I got home, there were still hairs on them. To make matters worse, both items were packed tightly into a single clear plastic cover.
