Tarrah is very knowledgeable. She does her research and will make a suggestion for a sale price, but will always go with what you want. In getting estimates, she will even tell you to not do something if she does not think it is worth it. I appreciate her honesty. This will be the second home I have sold having her as my realtor. Terrah was recommended by H5 financial. My biggest concern was getting a realtor who is honest and won't pressure me to change my mind. After our first call she already had viewings for homes the next day. Once we wanted to send an offer she had it ready within hours. Even though we closed she is still responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!!!! She worked with my limited availability, very communicative, very informative, always reachable.
