Don’t ever go to RAMONAS SALON on Westfield ave! This was the most traumatizing day ever. I literally went to get my hair done on a Friday, it was the closest and fastest to me and I wanted to have it done before I picked up my kids up from school. I should’ve went with my gut feeling, after 10 minutes of waiting to get my hair washed I decided to just walk out and go elsewhere on another day at this point, I had probably less than 1 hour to get my kids . I got a deep conditioning wash and blow dry , trim, and silk press! Very nice and clean. No rushing! A decent price for my hair since I have very long hair.

I went here for years but the owner in the first chair wasn't there . So I ended up going to another lady in the left side second to last chair and she burned my hair she did 3 over passes on each section her hands were shaking the entire time .. I went to wash my hair and it was smelling like chemicals and my curl pattern was gone ...I cried and its a shame I been going there for over 5 years ....
