Dear Ramona, I’d like to bring attention to some well-documented research regarding the use of vaginal estrogen for recurrent UTIs in postmenopausal women. I found her to be very nice, empathetic, and caring during my visit. However, she has canceled my appointment twice, and her office has limited availability. Since I don’t have many days off, this has been frustrating. If you have a flexible schedule and can accommodate her office's availability, it might be a decent choice. Had the worse experience with Ramona. Which is sad because the first time I had a pap it was great such a wonderful experience a quick and easy pap. Then about 8 months later I went to get my IUD removed and it was the most traumatizing experience ever. Apparently my strings went up and were not visible. Ramona did not prepare me for what was about to happen. She just went into my uterus with her tools with no warning.
