Fantastic Job. Ramon and business partner Kathleen are truly fantastic. Before selling, I spent the time to interview several agents. After I selected them, they came to see the property. They had driven the area, looked at the other properties near me and had done their homework. On my requests I asked for their input on how to get the property ready. Did they ever have some inputs.
