They don’t make customer service like this anymore! Ramon Fernandez has been my agent for almost 25 years—since my very first car as a teen. He didn’t drop me even though I sped through my early 20s like I was in a high-speed chase . And when I finally started adulting, he got me set up with life, home, and hospital policies… even helped me through a lawsuit.. His team, Tina and Tracy, those girls rock! Service is so poor. I called about 3 times in the middle of the afternoon and no one answered my call. I left a message saying I need help and no one is answering my call in their office. Still no return call. Then I decided to switch my agent and their office calls right away to keep my business. PLEASE!! I pay you good money for you to do your damn job!!
