We purchased a home (the Dotty floor plan) from Ramm Construction in 2023 in Blue Sage Creek, and we’ve been extremely happy with both the process and the home itself. Ramm built my home in 2021. This was my first build experience, and after 3+ years I can attest their work wa superb. Brett was my main contact who helped me with modifications, finalize choices, and advise me on wise moves. He never oversold me and steered me in the right direction countless times. Ramm is committed to doing things the right way. Their work is quality and has held up over the first year of living in our home. They did things that went above and beyond what I asked for just because they said it was the right thing to do. Communication with their entire team from Ted down was great and JD their realtor was top notch. I hope we never move but if we do I would absolutely want another Ramm home.
