I had an amazing experience with Ramm Construction. I bought the house when it was a spec and was able to make most of the selections myself. Prior to signing the contract, they went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what was included in the price versus some areas where I may want to make upgrades. We built a house with them 9 years ago. The owners are the nicest people and so wonderful to work with! They made the home building process completely stress free and actually enjoyable! We started building out with Ramm while living long distance. They gave us reasonable timelines and communication as the process was started. Our home was done ahead of schedule and they were very honest if anything had occurred that may not have gone as planned to go over options. We would recommend Ramm to anyone!
