We started building out with Ramm while living long distance. They gave us reasonable timelines and communication as the process was started. Our home was done ahead of schedule and they were very honest if anything had occurred that may not have gone as planned to go over options. We would recommend Ramm to anyone!
We purchased a home (the Dotty floor plan) from Ramm Construction in 2023 in Blue Sage Creek, and we’ve been extremely happy with both the process and the home itself. Ramm built my home in 2021. This was my first build experience, and after 3+ years I can attest their work wa superb. Brett was my main contact who helped me with modifications, finalize choices, and advise me on wise moves. He never oversold me and steered me in the right direction countless times.
