Nothing but billing trouble for the colonoscopy my husband received, difficulty resolving, lack of information upfront about costs and the staff were more than unwilling to assist. My insurance in their EOB shows a completely different amount due and the billing department has been nothing short of difficult. This facility really lacks transparency in what costs, fees, etc can be expected.
Dr. Kother is very professional and to the point which is refreshing when seeing someone regarding, to me, a delicate issue. The entire staff are very nice as well. Thank you for giving me a nice experience.
