When I didn't respond to those, my RELATIVES started getting phone calls; relatives who have NEVER lived in the house in question. So then I had to field calls from my relatives as to why they were getting calls about my house from some stranger. Following this unsettling experience, I would not do business with this "company" even I was selling my house.
