Ramiro is very good at explaining the loan process. He is knowledgeable and I completely trust him. We talked a couple years ago about a refinance but the rates were not low enough for it to be a good financial move for me. He let me know and we waited until now. I'm so glad I waited because I was able to save $200 a month and went to a 15 year loan. Now I'm on track for retirement. He is looking out for my best interests.
