My wife and me have been patients of Dr. Mercado for about 5 years. He is an excellent Dr. and the lady assistant that he has right now is just super, he is the only reason why we keep going to this clinic on North Cicero Ave., because from day 1, the clerk staff hardly ever answer the phone, if you have to make, change or cancel an appointment you have to go to the clinic. He is very detailed oriented
I've been going to Dr. Marcado since 2012. He is the best pcp I've I've ever had. His staff is awesome that take care of all my needs. It is a pleasure knowing people like them. I moved to Indiana I still travel to Dr. Ramiro Mercado office.
I cant even write anything positive about this place. His office staff is beyond miserable and the faces that they make, they treat you like garbage. That Daniela is the worst, alot of people hate to go to this doctor because of how rude this woman is. If you can avoid this place, by all means AVOID IT! I switched my insurance just so i didnt have to go there anymore
