Dr Madden-Fuentes took his time, explained things very well. Answered all my questions. He made me feel confident in his abilities. I was very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The whole nursing team was excellent as well.
Personable, easy to talk with, listens attentively and discusses your concerns and needs. Makes excellent eye contact when conversing with you and does not focus on the laptop. Is decisive and intuitive in his comments.
