Their blade broke while mowing slicing my porch screen and landing the blade inside my porch. When Ramirez was notified a few minutes later, his son came and said it wasn’t them and I just hadn’t paid attention and the blade and torn screen must have been there a long time.
Provided stress free quote and appreciated follow-up. I will definitely call for service when needed.
Carlos did call me to ask if I wanted to do the work that he did the estimate for. I explained to him that his price was 5 times the price of the other estimate that I got and he became upset with me and degraded me and then told me that I wasted his time and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
