Very good customer service I had an issue with my vehicle and they did all they could to help me I would recommend Ramirez and sons to anyone thank u for all your help
Mr. Ramirez is a skilled and honest mechanic. He does excellent work. He charges the standard hourly rate that every other mechanic charges (which is a lot, but new cars are hard to work on). I see a few reviews complaining about his $150 diagnostic fee. Every mechanic charges this. It takes a lot of work to figure out what the problem is and when the customer decides to fix it himself then the mechanic has lost an hour of work.
