I’ve been to a lot of barbershops, but this one truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The staff is friendly, skilled, and they really take their time to make sure you leave looking sharp. My barber listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Clean environment, fair prices, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Normally I'm very satisfied with the customer service, however today I went for a walk in because my usual barber wasn't available (no big). The barber cuts my hair, then tells me AFTER that he doesn't accept card payments, so I had to make a special trip to my bank to get cash. At the very least they should let people know beforehand, to tell them after the fact is not professional.
I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Juan at Ramirez’s Barber Lounge, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, Juan made me feel right at home with his friendly and professional demeanor. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offering great suggestions and making sure we were on the same page.
