I should have taken the already very bad reviews and rude receptionist over the phone as an omen to not go to this office. I had called my insurance provider and asked for assistance finding a doctor in Orlando, as I could not go to my preferred office back home. I was told to go here, as they took my vision insurance. I made a request for an appointment online, and gave the receptionist my info over the phone. My husband is preparing for second eye to have cataract removed. From the first visit, my husband felt very comfortable. Every staff member is exceptional and Dr Poulos is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to my husband’s second surgery so that I can become one of Dr Poulos’ patients also.
