Terrible driver that has an overly annoying exhaust job. Goes out of their way to be a nuisance. The exhaust on the truck only proves this. Watch them circle the block through a quiet neighborhood atleast once a week as everbodies earliest annoyance.
This idiot didn't move at a left turn green light causing EVERYONE behind him to sit through another traffic cycle. Put down your phone and pay attention to the road.
