Extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite plenty of open parking spots, doctor Ramirez went out of his way to aggressively confront us while we were sitting in our car and forced us to move. He also threatened another driver waiting for a patient with towing. Totally inappropriate behavior—would not recommend.
I wish I could give 0 star . Dr Ramirez is very rude and unprofessional
Wanted to share a little comment on this practice. First by saying his office staff is wonderful. Girls at the front desk are very accommodating. The next I can’t say enough good things about Corina, who isn’t the Dr. but runs everything ship shape there. She was so helpful to me and I probably wouldn’t have been able to do the process without her. She was so kind and so helpful. Extremadamente satisfecha con mis resultados. Dr. Ramírez no solo es un Excelente Doctor sino también tiene la capacidad que a través de la calma y seguridad me genero una tranquilidad como paciente ( algo que yo considero sumamente importante para tener los mejores resultados) .
