Thank you to the team at Ramirez for getting me out of a bind and being quick and cost effective! They were able to get my old garage door back on track and closed the day I broke it and installed a new one within a week. 5 star service.

I’d give zero stars if possible! I contacted them to get an estimate on an emergency repair for a customers unit. They said they’d be out that day. I called the end of the day & multiple times since & they don’t answer & don’t return calls! I’d understand if there was some type of delay if that is communicated with me but absolutely no communication & not showing up or returning calls is COMPLETELY unprofessional!!
