Dr. Ramirez and his team were incredibly warm and thorough. I felt comfortable the moment I walked into the office. He actually took the time to thoroughly address all of my health concerns and issues.
My recently passed husband went to Dr. Ramirez for many years. He always took the time to listen and always went above and beyond to help in any way he could. He truly is a one of a kind doctor that genuinely wants to help people. We need more doctors like this these days!
He is very kind, but as far as follow ups are concerned, he was very bad with responding to email about an issue we spoke about. this incident also gave me cause for pause: when I moved, I saw him as a new PCP, and we discussed a minor issue for which I take a daily medication for years. He offered to renew my prescription for a year at the visit, but I had enough medications left so I told him I will let him know when I need it renewed. When I first went to him I loved him because he seemed like he cared so much but at our last apt he walked out didn’t even tell me he had to go, sent in another Dr. and she informed me they won’t see me again because of my health insurance. It was shocking and I left crying because I have complicated health issues and now I have to start all over. This is beyond upsetting. He didn’t even have the guts to tell me himself. I asked for my files and they didn’t give them to me. I thought he cared.??

Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Ana are amazing. They take the time with you that you need, you never feel rushed. They are extremely helpful and have genuine concern for their patients. They go out of their way to help you. I love this Doctors office.
