El peor servicio la enfermera Rebecca me Cerro la puerta en la cara y se nego a darme el servicio medico por que no tenia una mascarilla el asunto no es buscar la mascarilla por que podía hacerlo aunque no puedo caminar por mi condición de muleta el asunto es el trato y negarme el servicio medico y cerrarme la puerta en la cara

Writing this on behalf of my mother….Dr Ramirez needs better bedside manners. Apparently he felt like his experience was questioned? Since when is asking questions telling you how you do your job? Get over yourself. Learn to listen to your patients instead of talking down to them!!!!!!
