I was told by the associate attorney they would be able to help after giving all information over the phone for a claim against a body shop. I was told to send the retainer and upon sending the retainer the associate attorney said he was going to do some research and told me that there was not much he can do and they he would have the office send back the full retainer 2 weeks ago. I did a google search and filled out contact forms on a couple of law firms webpages. Roberto A Ramirez was the first to respond and contact me. I liked that he personally visited my business to introduce himself, listened to my challenges and concerns that I had and gave counsel to those concerns.
