I came across this place on Groupon , and I must say I'm glad I did! Everyone who I have encountered has been so welcoming and polite. The owner is very nice and he works with his customers. Highly recommend.
Had a good experience here and people worked with me to get my full synthetic oil change and break check. I was about to use Groupon and add some for gratis. Nice inside waiting room.
Came here for full synthetic oil change and that's not what they put in my car., wasn't going to make a fuss about it and thought I'd just go to another place for a proper oil change next round, turns out the idiot who worked on my car did not tighten the bolts and the car started leaking oil slowly, only to find out a week later when car was parked on a weekend in the driveway and there was a puddle. Came to ramirez for an oil change. They charged about half what others were charging in the area. Excellent and efficient service. Really nice guys to deal with. Highly recommend.
Held our car for almost 3 weeks. Got profit my charging per day to hold the car with out even ordering the parts. When we decided to take our business elsewhere they got attitudes then finally told us cash only.
