Dr Ramin cared for my husband during one of the most frightening times in our lives. He was thorough in explaining the diagnosis , surgery, treatment and answered all our questions which made an overwhelming situation manageable. I visited this place twice while I was sick, hoping to see a doctor. Unfortunately, on both occasions I was unable to see one due to staff-related issues. The experience was disappointing and stressful, especially when medical care is needed. Based on my experience, the organization and patient support need improvement.

No phone answers, once they transferred me and nothing. Another time they told me they gonna call me back. When I finally reached them out (it took my about month) they only had appointments in a month. Okay. The called me today, 10 days before my appointment, to let me know that my appointment was canceled, because doctor doesn’t take new patients? Are you guys joking?
