I’ve had my authorization since October 5th, and I’ve been calling every week, sometimes 3 or 4 days a week. Every time, they take my info, say they’re transferring me, and then… nothing. No one ever answers. They just leave a message for a callback. Are you serious? I’ve called over ten times with zero response. If I have to show up in person, it’s not going to be good. I understand you MIGHT be busy, but being busy doesn’t excuse being unprofessional.
This office is so unprofessional and unresponsive. I’ve called multiple times without anyone returning my calls.
