This business is top notch! Called at 10:00am and by 12:30pm the repairman was here, the repair on my dryer was complete and cost was fair! Unbelievable to have same-day service with a very professional and courteous repairman and It did not cost me my entire bank account! Ramics sent a tech out - he arrived several hours late the first visit, told me he had the part but I had to pay 50% for him to start. I paid - then he told me the part had to be ordered. Second visit - an hour and half after “window” for arrival. No call from anyone. Installs a door seal. Doesn’t test it - he leaves. Dishwasher leaks. We ask them to come back - appt set. No one shows at all. When I call they said they called me 5x prior day to tell me I needed another part - yet the owner said “I didn’t leave a message”. I ... read more

This was not the company i called. They work under a different number. The tech broke my water valve but claimed it was already broken. It was not. My appliance was not repaired.

Terrible service. paid tech for evaluation fee paid for the parts the tech said were bad (i questioned it -just didn’t make sense) Paid for the labor to install parts and sure enough the repair did not work. A new tech was sent out and evaluated it properly and said the condenser needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1400+. I asked if i would be credited anything for the missed evaluation previously. They said no. So it’s the customers fault for a miss evaluation ??? doesn’t make sense to me. All and All their total to repair... read more
