Extremely informative, patient and professional
Dr. Payman is truly the best of the best. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and reliable. When my daughter was diagnosed with a rare inner ear condition at age 2 several years ago, I was scared (as any parent would be), but I never once doubted Dr. Payman, and he made me feel confident that she was going to get the proper care in his hands. Great staff. Clean facility.Dr Payman and the audiologist were very thorough and informative.
I think Dr. Payman is a great doctor. He doesn’t have very good doctor to patient skills, especially with patients who are going through a serious life changing events, like the loss of hearing in both ears. I had a serious issue with both of my ears, from an injury. Dr. Payman set up a surgery for me, unfortunately I was not 100% sure at that moment in time, Two weeks before my surgery, both ears were showing different symptoms and I was going through family issues, so I ended up cancel the surgery.
