Dr Shapiro is a reflective listener and is always willing to give medical advice to me and or my family members. I absolutely trust him with my medical care. If and when he retires from University Hospitals, me and my family will be saddened.
Dr. Nair is kind, extremely knowledgeable and always on time with every appt!! i have a primary doctor and i have her for specific needs with my health issue. she is very compassionate and helps in everyway she can !!great doctor great care

One of the best doctors I have ever had and I'm 70 yrs old. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He listens and responds accordingly. I love that I can text him on my portal for scripts etc and he responds quickly. Great guy, great doctor

If you're seeking a cognitive function (dementia, alzheimers) diagnosis and care, I'd caution using Dr. Garratt. Her bedside manner is cold, condescending, dismissive, inconvenienced and impatient to name a few. She exudes a true disdain for the patient. And, God forbid you ask questions. The whole experience, from the waiting room to the intake room to then moving to the doctor's room is cold and impersonal. My son is unable to hear out of his ear due to an ear infection. We have already taken him to a med center and would like to follow up with his doctor. They told me they are unable to get him in for another month. if you are looking for a doctor you can see when you are sick or a doctor with staff who actually cares and try’s to help then this is not the office or doctor.
