Not Too Bad for the Price I have lived at this apartment building for almost 3 years. It is a clean building and the noise level is not too bad. The on site managers are very good and keep the building in decent working order. Since they have recently changed owners, it is even better. The new owners are making an attempt to complete repairs that were promised to the tenants years ago. Compared to other rental places, this is not a bad place to live. The only thing that could be better are the available parking spaces.
