ELECTROLYSIS GAVE ME SCARRING. I had over 10 appointments with Ms. Ramey. She herself is a very kind person BUT she uses the exact same needle every appointment. The needle tends to get dull and can cause more pain. It can also lead to scarring. With that being said I was getting pretty bad scabs and when I told Ms. Ramey she just laughed. Had my 1st and only appointment with Dena. She was very nice: did a great job. She’s extremely outdated on some practices. She told me I couldn’t shave the areas and that’s why I’ve been going so long. That’s not true. Just a simple google search will tell you that’s incorrect. She also re uses your probe on you. This is extremely gross. I don’t want an infection. Be careful who you allow to use needles on your body and re uses them.

My wife late for 20 minute is because we trying to find the building…and she dont want to do the service and ask to make another appointment and we drive from chattanooga. Im a business owner my self and never see anything business owner returned their customer if their busy i do understand but the whole building was empty like a ghost house… no reception in the front office .when we enter the building not even one person or any employee is greeting us the whole building was empty looks like everyone hiding in the room
