These jacklegs have been to my house around 10 times to fix various plumbing issues, including a foul odor coming into the house from the sewer system, and it's still not fixed. And because they don't know what they're doing and can't figure out the problem, they want to blame the odor on our dogs. Anyone with common sense knows the difference in a sewer odor and a dog odor.
