Polite people, did the basics but lacked attention to detail. Brought in a company vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, the service advisers were polite and the oil change and tire rotation were done quickly, however, they never thought to recalibrate the TPMS sensors. Now my car thinks my RF tire is my RR tire. Would not bring my personal vehicle here. Would look somewhere else were the Quality Control is better.
If you ever need a vehicle without the hours of hassle go see Cody Sears at the dodge store he is amazing and gets you in a vehicle you actually like.
We had the best customer service and was helped quickly. Would recommend very highly. Big thanks to Travis for helping us in getting our 2022 GMC Acadia. Another big thanks to the service department for helping us. Very friendly atmosphere and very nice and friendly people who work there. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.
Purchased a vehicle here on 9/29/25. Mike Taylor went above and beyond to make sure that we found a vehicle that was right for us; mechanically and structurally sound; and within our price range. Financing was smooth and seamless. Would highly recommend Ramey Chevrolet and the folks there for your next automotive purchase.
We had to get a car because ours was totaled and had 2 days to do it. Travis Barker made that happen and went above and beyond to do the deal.
