Our salesman LT Schoonover made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. These guys are great! I bought this Jeep sight unseen and they took all the pictures I requested. They gave me the Jeep at a good price and they delivered it the next day for free! They are easy to deal with and they are friendly. I would buy from them again and again. The gentleman I dealt with was LT. Great experience and the Jeep I bought from them was actually better than I expected!
LT Schoonover took awesome care of my wife and I. We have never before had such a smooth and awesome experience. Him and the dealership both paid attention to what we were looking for and were able to get us exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend LT and Ramey Ford to any and all that are looking for a new car or truck.
LT Schoonover was easy to deal with in the internet sales dept. i told him what car I was looking at, and what price range I needed it in. He made it happen, no questions, no bidding back and forth. Stayed late on a saturday to wait on me. Smoothest transaction Ive had at a dealer yet. Only thing I could recommend---- customer incentives when buying a vehicle. (free oil changes for first year, car washes, windows tinted, etc)

My grandparents went to Ramey to trade their loaded 2013 Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought it was a good deal even though it was half the trade in value from kbb (they didn't know). I was furious he took them that bad. Well, the day after my dad goes over there and finds out he didn't pay the car off, just the old loan. He moved the loan value to the new car's loan so he essentially got the car for free.
