Excellent care.Personal and prompt.
Had to give one because I can't do zero stars. Dr. Patel has to be one of the sorriest excuses for a doctor out there. Promised to get preapproval for blood test, didn't do it. $1800.00 test. When the lab screwed up and ran more tests than order office did very little to help. Also, office never followed up with me on test results. Once we decided to find another doctor they stopped doing anything. If you need an oncologist find someone else.
Did not call for pre-approval for lab work, did not follow-up on lab work. Lied about test results and lied numerous other times. They don't return phone calls.
My sister was under the care of these quacks and they totally missed that she has large cell carcinoma that has metastasized to her brain and kidney?? They just keep giving her INFUSIONS because of low iron. I sure hope their malpractice insurance is current. I don't want to see this happening to anyone else.
