Accompanied my father on his second visit to Dr. Gupta. My dad is a patient for several Englewood Health doctors and we’ve never witnessed this lack of professionalism before. We were called to come in to discuss his bloodwork results. We asked if it could be over the phone but they required an in person appointment.
