Zero confidence in their admin/scheduling. I called in as a new patient. I was told Dr. Amara was booked out, so I made an appt with his NP instead. On the day of the appointment, halfway there, I got a call that they had to cancel due to some maintenance problem in the building. Inconvenient, but okay... that happens sometimes. Dr. Ramesh Amara is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Takes time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Anybody else having issues that the nurse never responds back to the voice messages.
He is very much thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. I think he’s the best doctor i’ve ever had to date. i highly recommend his services.
