After hearing highly about Dr.Amara from my friends made an appointment after struggling to find an appointment for 2 months! After arrival Made me wait for an hour without any directions! Why schedule when we cannot see the doctor on scheduled time!
I love Dr. Amara but his admin team is awful. Never responsive or helpful. Seem quite lazy. Maybe don’t be in the healthcare field.
Zero confidence in their admin/scheduling. I called in as a new patient. I was told Dr. Amara was booked out, so I made an appt with his NP instead. On the day of the appointment, halfway there, I got a call that they had to cancel due to some maintenance problem in the building. Inconvenient, but okay... that happens sometimes. Dr. Ramesh Amara is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Takes time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
Anybody else having issues that the nurse never responds back to the voice messages.
