I tried to get an appt for days and days. Their answering service is useless as they don’t call anyone back, the phone rings and rings and no where to complaint. Hate that lack of customer service. Wasted my time, I would suggest highly to avoid them as they don’t care for patients.

I have been with Dr Singh for a long 7yrs. And I have just been informed that she is no longer with my insurance company and I don't get to see her anymore iam a very sick person with a lot of medical problems and Dr Singh has helped me to no end with my medical problems I have been wanting to see her and now I won't I'm very fond of my Dr. And l love our Doctor patient relationship it's like no other o have never had such a caring, kind, patience, understanding, funny, down to earth Dr. I'm so sad I have too go I will miss ... read more

I understand an office can be busy at times, but I’ve been trying to set an appointment over phone for a week straight with no answer and the voicemail is full or doesn’t work.

Dr. Singh is my mother's doctor but I've never met her myself. This review is about her office staff. I've called on many occasions needing some information and prescription refills. I know they have an automated refill line but I needed to talk to Mary, the woman at the front desk, first. I was put on hold for 20-25 minutes and then a recording came on and said Mary is not available and hung up.
