The noodles are not the same as before and were way too soft. I had the Yuzu Shoyu, and the yuzu flavor wasn’t as pleasant or refreshing as I remembered. Most surprisingly, look at the chashu I got! There were only four tiny pieces in total! Instead of proper slices, I got small, uneven pieces that looked like leftover end cuts from slicing, and some were almost half fat. Definitely not the quality I remember from before. Unfortunately, this place will be crossed off my list.
Had the Takoyaki & the Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, both of which were really good.
First time to dine here. Ive been looking for a great ramen place nearby and this place did not disappoint. Spicy miso is fire!
