The dan dan noodles were phenomenal! My family reported that the spicy tonkatsu Ramen was also good. We also had the cucumbers which were yummy. Highly recommend and would go back tomorrow if my family hadn't vetoed the idea because they wanted something else. Atmosphere is simple, no frills. Carafes of water are in the fridge and cups are with the forks and chopsticks. Dude that took our order was nice. They also have Ramune sodas if you're into that.

Only open two days a week, yikes! Ramen Cowboy does not operate like a good business should. Tried placing my takeout order online by 7:45 on a Thursday, but was given a pop up that my food wouldn’t be ready until noon the next day… Also tried calling an order in multiple times with no answer, though saw humans inside when driving past moments later. Real, authentic ramen that will send you straight to Japan. Word about adding additional heat - this is real, real heat. Loved it!
