This place is amazing! Great food, fast and super friendly service and fun light atmosphere
I tried the Hakata Tonkotsu. The seared chashu and seasoned egg were good, but the broth was very light and didn’t have much tonkotsu flavor, and the noodles were a little too soft for me. The cabbage and black sesame were also unusual for this style and didn’t really work for me. On the positive side, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, especially the counter by the open kitchen where you can watch the ramen being made.
