Bad lawyer, he is abusing the legal aid, it took him 8 months. Communication was virtually nonexistent, deadlines were missed, and any strategic guidance was vague or outright absent. At one point, I began to suspect that the lawyer was intentionally prolonging the process for the sake of billing more hours under legal aid. My requests for updates or clarification were met with either silence or dismissiveness..
