I was working with Ramdyne to do my online/cloud backups for my work computer and paid $10/mo for over 2 years for the service. When my laptop died unexpectedly I called Phil to fix it and he told me that he had stopped backing up my computer. When asked why, he said "I sent you one e-mail and never heard back so I figured you'd want to save the $10/month." Total failure at protecting my business.
