First, do NOT pay older employees worth a shot, I was making more starting through temp service. Was promised hire in in 45 or less days, went past 90. Told would get raise, 2 weeks vacation. Was offered non at 90 day mark. All in all, do not believe what they tell you, and get all in writing before even think about working there. Cost to pay temp for 480 hours for me, with raise it would have took 2 years to use same money.
