Tore my master bathroom apart, said they would be back to patch the holes they made. That was a lie. This company only wants the insurance money. Once they get your insurance information, you will never hear from them again. Ryan is the one who lied to me.

Ramco Restoration is great, they are onsite quickly and explanatory throughout the entire process. I'd reccomend this company to anyone, it's bad enough to be in a situation that involves thier assistance but their attentiveness definitely gives a sense of peace.

I don't know how this company is still standing after reading all these reviews. So this company was recommended by Gustav from Beehive Plumbing after Gustav had over priced the work he did about $400 dollars. Anyways, had RAMCO come out to clean up our crawl space downstairs from the sewer leak. Well they ended up breaking a water pipe outside. After so long waiting for a response from Jessie about sending someone to fix it. I had to go ahead and pay out of pocket $140 dollars to replace the pipe. Jessie said he was going t... read more
